Along the way, they will learn food handling, knife skills, and the fundamentals of sauces, dressings, cooking, and baking. The week wraps up with a fun Cook/Bake-Off Challenge to showcase their new skills. Please bring indoor shoes and wear long sleeves for safety in the kitchen.
