In this hands-on culinary camp, young chefs will learn to create healthy and delicious meals from scratch. Campers will develop essential kitchen skills including food handling, knife safety, and the basics of cooking and baking, such as making sauces, dressings, and preserves. This camp helps build confidence and creativity in the kitchen. The week ends with a Cook/Bake-Off Challenge. Please bring indoor shoes and wear long sleeves for safety in the kitchen.
