This new Fitness Training Camp is perfect for active young campers who participate in sports throughout the year. Campers will take part in a variety of activities including cross training, functional training circuits with equipment such as slam balls, ring rows, box jumps, and dumbbell thrusters, light weight training, yoga and stretching, Pilates, and cardio and HIIT (high-intensity interval training). Through a combination of strength, endurance, and flexibility exercises, campers will build fitness, confidence, and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment.
